Barre Pilates is a dynamic and sculpting workout at Pulse Studio that blends Pilates principles with elements of barre and functional strength training, designed to create long, strong and defined muscles.

In our barre classes we focus on small, controlled movements, high repetition and deep muscle activation. This combination improves core stability, balance and posture, while building strength in areas that are often harder to target, like the glutes, inner thighs and deep abdominal muscles.

What sets our barre Pilates classes apart is that they are beat driven and performed as a group. You move together, in sync with the music, which makes the workout more engaging, energising and motivating. The collective rhythm creates focus and flow, helping you stay connected to both the movement and the group energy in the room.

Each class is thoughtfully structured and progressively built up, making it accessible for beginners while still offering enough intensity and refinement for those with more experience. You can step in at any level and grow into the class at your own pace.

We keep our barre Pilates classes small, with a maximum of 12 people per session. This allows for personal guidance, precise cues and hands on support from our instructors, ensuring proper technique and maximum results.
