Mat Pilates is the newest addition to Pulse Studio, designed to strengthen, lengthen and reconnect you with your body in a way that feels both powerful and approachable.

In our mat classes we focus on controlled, full body movements that build deep core strength, improve posture, increase flexibility and support long term injury prevention. Because you work with your own body weight, mat Pilates is an effective and accessible way to train, while still being surprisingly challenging.

What makes our mat classes different is that they are beat driven and group based. You move together, guided by the rhythm of the music, which makes the class more engaging, more motivating and more fun. The shared energy in the room pushes you just a little further, without ever feeling overwhelming.

Each class is carefully built up, starting with clear foundations and progressing gradually. This means beginners can step in with confidence, while more experienced clients still feel challenged and supported throughout the flow.

We keep our mat classes intimate, with a maximum of 12 people per session. This allows our instructors to give personal cues, corrections and encouragement, so you get the most out of every movement.

Mat Pilates at Pulse Studio is about strength, flow and connection, moving together, feeling supported, and leaving class feeling stronger and more grounded than when you arrived.
