Our Team

We take pride in keeping our classes as high-quality as possible, to provide you with a great experience every single time. That's why we only work with certified reformer Pilates instructors. 

Sarah Teerlinck, Head Instructor

Meet our head instructor, Sarah ! Sarah is passionate about staying true to classical Pilates exercises while adding her own unique twist. She loves keeping classes engaging by crafting challenging, powerful sequences balanced with active releases-because our bodies thrive on both strength and recovery.

 

Her goal is to create a safe yet stimulating experience for all participants, no matter their skill level.  Sports have always been a major part of Sarah's life, offering her both physical and mental benefits. Recently, she decided to take a leap of faith, leaving her desk job behind to pursue her passion for fitness full-time. Sarah's classes are flowing, music driven and built for the combination of strength, endurance and flexibility. 

Anna Eikendal, Instructor

Meet Anna! Her style combines strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. She emphasizes precision and balance, helping you feel stronger and more connected to your body.

She holds pilates certificates for Mat, Reformer and Barre Pilates, and is specialized in pre- and postnatal application of Pilates. 

 

Her strongest points as an instructor are patience and enthusiasm, with a focus on technique and creating a supportive, motivating environment. She loves A mix of strength and flexibility "it's empowering and helps you discover new possibilities within your body." As a former professional athlete and current model, Pilates has added a whole new dimension to her training routines. It leaves her feeling more energized, balanced, and connected than ever before.

Ginie Klaasen

Meet Ginie! In her reformer classes, Ginie emphasizes holistic body awareness and precise alignment, helping clients develop strength, flexibility, and control through the rich variety of traditional Pilates exercises.

Drawing from her extensive dance background, Ginie discovered that Pilates enhanced her own balance, stability and understanding of healthy movement patterns. This personal journey deepened her passion for teaching and sharing the transformative benefits of Pilates with others.

Ginie will instruct a new type of class, “Gentle Flow”. This session offers a slower-paced workout with a classical approach to Reformer Pilates. Ginie will focus on traditional movements and provides variations on the classical sequence, while incorporating the music in a more soothing way. This class is perfect for beginners or those looking for a calm yet effective workout. This class is scheduled every thursday morning.

Meet Charlotte, the newest member of the team and our first in-house Certified Reformer Pilates Teacher!

With a background as a gymnast and as a passionate gym and run enthusiast, her style combines power, functionality, and mindful movement.

Her goal is to create a safe space where everyone feels seen and where movement becomes a way to care for both body and mind. 

Known for her enthusiasm and drive, Charlotte will challenge you, motivate you, and leave you feeling stronger and more empowered after every class.

We’re excited to welcome Laura to our team as a Certified Pilates Teacher!

Laura holds a Master of Science in Physical Education and Movement Sciences, a degree that provided her with both scientific knowledge and practical insight into the world of sport and movement.

With nearly ten years of coaching experience, she has developed a strong foundation in guiding and motivating others, combining her coaching expertise with enthusiasm and energy.

Sport has always been a central part of Laura’s life, and in her Pilates classes she aims to share that passion. Her goal is to create a safe and motivating space where everyone can challenge themselves, reconnect with their body, and leave feeling stronger and recharged.
